- Wirefoot innovated a Customer Support Network over Mobile which will be directly integrated with there Current Customer Support Network, which is an Online Application. Wirefoot documented the requirements from LG, and then further created each and every screen possible in the application. Wirefoot incorporated simple and easy navigation so that each level of Service Engineer can use the application with ease. Further, a Functional Specification Document was drafted to map each and every Feature and Functionality. Wirefoot then Tested the complete application with raw data to ensure smooth deployment on Handsets of each and every Service Engineer.
